# Hyzl

> Learn how Hyzl helps your iOS app recover purchases after someone leaves its paywall.

Someone leaves your app's paywall without paying. Hyzl waits five minutes by default. It then asks your billing provider, the service that records purchases, whether the person paid. If not, Hazel sends the first Flow text from your app's own number as its artificial intelligence (AI) rep. The default Flow can send two later texts. A payment or `STOP` ends the recovery.

Hyzl is for iOS app merchants who want to help interested people finish a purchase.
