# Settings

> Manage app settings, merchant details, notification email, account access, and the emails that Hyzl sends.

## Settings rows

The dashboard currently uses **Workspace** for the merchant-wide scope. App usage and spending caps remain separate for the selected app.

## Notification email

Open **Notification email** to choose the address for merchant alerts. Hyzl uses the owner's sign-in email when no notification address exists.

This address applies to every app under the merchant. Select **Save changes** after you enter a valid email address.

## Profile and account deletion

Open **Profile** to change **Company or workspace name**. The name can contain no more than 80 characters.

The **Email** field shows the sign-in address and cannot be changed here.

Select **Delete account** to remove your access. Hyzl pauses apps when no other person has access to that merchant.

The action signs you out. It does not delete a merchant that still has another member.

## Emails Hyzl sends you

Hyzl sends these emails to the notification address. If that address is absent, Hyzl uses the owner's sign-in address.

Setup reminders do not send after the app goes Live or completes setup. Test people never cause attention emails.

Use **Stop these setup tips** in a reminder to stop later setup reminders. Important account and conversation emails still send.
